- 2 Sea Salt truffles: If you like salty-sweet candies, you'll love it, this one has become a new favorite. Garnished with super fancy fleur de sel sea salt.
- 2 Chipotle-Vanilla truffles: The deeply smoky, rich, dark flavors of chipotle match chocolate perfectly. Also, chilies and chocolate are a traditional Mexican pairing, so our "wild" chipotle truffle is really, in a sense, a quite traditional flavor when put into context. We also add ground Maui vanilla beans, which are organically grown, harvested, fermented, packaged and sold by the same small farmer. The chipotle truffle is rolled in very finely shaved chocolate.
- 2 Cardamom-Cinnamon truffles: Freshly ground cardamom and delicious freshly ground Mexican cinnamon.
- 2 Ginger-Lime truffles: Tropical! With organic crystallized ginger and fresh lime zest garnish.

add cold pack add gift wrapAll truffles contain: Organic coconut milkWe use luxurious, organic, full-fat coconut milk, made only from coconut and a tiny bit of a vegetarian emulsifier (guar gum). We are very happy with the richness of coconut milk, and the chocolates do not taste coconutty at all (except for the coconut ones). Oh, and if you're allergic to milk, please know that you won't have any of those "processed on equipment also used for milk chocolates" woes with Lagusta's Luscious—everything in our kitchen, from our virgin-vegan pots and pans, chocolate tempering machine and equipment to, yes, our hands, haven't touched milk in years (in my case, 16!), or ever. (coconut milk, guar gum [a natural emulsifier]), organic coconut butterThe primary fat in our truffles is pure organic coconut butter. At this point, it becomes necessary to talk a bit about fat. Vegans (and others) need fat! if you are eating a healthy diet made up of real food and a wide variety of it, you are probably not going to have a problem with fat. Fat is what makes us feel full and tells us to stop eating, so if you are not eating enough of it, there is a real chance you might be overeating because you never have that lovely feeling of fullness. This is why you need our chocolates!, organic and fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, non-bone-char sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla).
Sea salt flavor contains: fleur de sel sea salt.
Chipotle-vanilla flavor contains: fresh chipotle chile powder, beyond-organic vanilla beans.
Cardamom-Cinnamon flavor contains: freshly ground organic cardamom, freshly ground Mexican cinnamon.
