The Big Assortment
The Big Assortment is a heavy box containing at least six of the flavors from the other boxes. I promise you'll be delighted with our selections. (The box in the photo above contains pomegranate, orange, Raspberries de Pizan, sea salt, fennel apple, lemon, coconut and port-walnut.)
The two-box minimum doesn't apply to this assortment. You might like to read about chocolate care and ordering details.
If you are placing an order to be delivered to New Paltz, NY please email your order to chef@lagustasluscious.com and we will hand-deliver your truffles for free. Ordering over PayPal will incur shipping charges.
If you are shipping your truffles to a destination over 65°F, select the Cold Pack option below and choose 2-Day Airmail as your shipping method during checkout. Only one cold pack is needed for every two boxes ordered.

add cold pack add gift wrapAll truffles contain: Organic coconut milkWe use luxurious, organic, full-fat coconut milk, made only from coconut and a tiny bit of a vegetarian emulsifier (guar gum). We are very happy with the richness of coconut milk, and the chocolates do not taste coconutty at all (except for the coconut ones). Oh, and if you're allergic to milk, please know that you won't have any of those "processed on equipment also used for milk chocolates" woes with Lagusta's Luscious—everything in our kitchen, from our virgin-vegan pots and pans, chocolate tempering machine and equipment to, yes, our hands, haven't touched milk in years (in my case, 16!), or ever. (coconut milk, guar gum [a natural emulsifier]), organic coconut butterThe primary fat in our truffles is pure organic coconut butter. At this point, it becomes necessary to talk a bit about fat. Vegans (and others) need fat! if you are eating a healthy diet made up of real food and a wide variety of it, you are probably not going to have a problem with fat. Fat is what makes us feel full and tells us to stop eating, so if you are not eating enough of it, there is a real chance you might be overeating because you never have that lovely feeling of fullness. This is why you need our chocolates!, organic and fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, non bone-char sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla).

Kahlúa flavor: Kahlúa, organic and fair-trade coffee beans.
Port-Walnut flavor: Port, Madeira, organic walnuts, black walnut extract.
Coconut-rum flavor: organic coconut flakes, organic coconut extract, rum.
Double Chocolate flavor: nothing additional.
Coconut flavor: organic coconut flakes, organic coconut extract.
Lemon flavor: lemon oil, organic lemon zest, cocoa powder.
Orange flavor: orange oil, organic orange zest, cocoa powder.
Pomegranate flavor: pomegranate molasses (pomegranate juice that has been cooked down to a syrup), cocoa powder, organic rose petals.
Almond flavor: organic almonds, organic almond extract.
Peanut Butter flavor: organic peanut butter (organic peanuts, may contain .05 or less almonds, cashews, or sesame seeds), organic peanuts.
Port-Walnut flavor: Port, Madeira, organic walnuts, black walnut extract.
Pistachio flavor: organic pistachios.
Sea salt flavor: fleur de sel sea salt.
Chipotle-vanilla flavor: fresh chipotle chile powder, beyond-organic vanilla beans.
Cardamom-Cinnamon flavor: freshly ground organic cardamom, freshly ground Mexican cinnamon.
Ginger-Lime flavor: organic ginger, lime oil, organic lime zest, crystallized ginger (ginger, sugar).
